Shake bottle thoroughly, especially with light colors. Some of our thicker inks contain an agitator, shake until you hear it bouncing inside the bottle.
Keep your bottles in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Make sure environment is clean. Prior to every use, you should wipe the twist cap with alcohol.
Some colors separate, that is the high concentration of pigment. These colors need to be shaken well.
Yes, you can mix them with each other. Please do. You can acheive beautiful blends with our wide gamut of colors.
You can use The Mixer to dilute colors, and make them slightly lighter, or if decide to make your own grey washes. Do not use tap water, as it is not pure and can contain contaminants.

No! Our inks do not dry in the cup. Some oranges get a thin film after being out for a while, but they are totally fine.
Achieving color saturation takes time and practice to master, sometimes it's better to do a second pass after the tattoo is totally healed.
